How does shipping work?

Our pizzas are shipped FROZEN.  Our pizzas are FROZEN SOLID (to prevent sifting in transit) and double wrapped prior to delivery at airport.  We offer FREE SHIPPING for party packages and orders over 10 pizzas to villages served by Alaska Air, Ravn and Bering Air (see "Shipping" for more information.)  With Alaska and Ravn, we will provide the Air Waybill, after airport delivery, so that you can track the shipment.  With other carriers, we will text/email once airport delivery is made.

How long does it take to make pizza orders?

Simply put, it depends on how many pizzas you order.  All dough is homemade and takes 24 hours before it can be made into a pizza.  We need a MINIMUM of 48 hours to make and freeze pizzas.  Our typical preparation time is:

25 or less pizzas: 3-5 Business Days

26-50 pizzas: 5-7 Business Days

51-100 pizzas: 8-10 Business Days

101+ pizzas: 10+ Business Days

Can pizzas be paid for using EBT/SNAP?

How long do frozen pizzas last?

Our pizzas can stay frozen for up to 3 months.  Pizzas can be removed from the pizzas boxes but please keep them double wrapped in the plastic wrap, until you're ready to cook them.

Are your pizzas cooked?

No!  Our pizzas are custom made just for you using homemade dough and hand cut fresh vegetables!  We freeze our pizzas, ship them to you and you bake them when you're ready for pizza.

How do we cook our pizzas?

Each pizza comes with baking instructions (all pizzas, with the exception of our stuffed pizzas, are baked at 425) included in the wrapped pizza.  Pizzas need to be defrosted for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator, then removed and left at room temperature for approximately 1 hour before baking.  Pizzas are typically baked in the oven but are also great cooked on the grill.

Alaska Sky Pie pizzas are HOMEMADE JUST FOR YOU!!  Using homemade dough and fresh ingredients helps us stand apart from frozen pizza companies.  Additionally, any of our pizzas can be CUSTOM MADE just the way you like them.  In fact, over 50% of our pizzas are customized.  Customizations can include Gluten Free, Dairy Free and/or any other special requests.
