How does shipping work?

Our pizzas are shipped frozen solid (to prevent shifting in transit) and are double wrapped before delivery to the airport.

We offer free shipping for party packages and orders of 10+ pizzas to villages served by Alaska Airlines and Bering Air (see our Shipping page for details). With Alaska Airlines, we'll provide you with the Air Waybill after delivery so you can track your order. With other carriers, we'll text or email you once delivery to the airport has been made.

How long does it take to make pizza orders?

It depends on how many pizzas you order. Since our dough is homemade and requires 24 hours to prepare, we need at least 48 hours to make and freeze pizzas.

Typical Prep Times:

25 or fewer pizzas: 3-5 Business Days

26 - 50 pizzas: 5-7 Business Days

51 - 100 pizzas: 8-10 Business Days

101+ pizzas: 10+ Business Days

Can pizzas be paid for using EBT/SNAP?

Yes!  Please call 907-929-7373 to pay via EBT.

How long do frozen pizzas last?

Our pizzas stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months. You may remove them from the boxes, but keep them double-wrapped in the plastic wrap until ready to bake.

Are your pizzas cooked?

No - our pizzas are made-to-order with homemade dough and fresh vegetables, then frozen and shipped to you. You bake them at home when you're ready to enjoy.

How do we cook our pizzas?

Each pizza comes with baking instructions (most bake at 425°F, except for stuffed pizzas). 

• Defrost in refrigerator for 12-24 hours

• Let sit at room temperature for about 1 hour before baking

• Bake in oven (or on the grill!)

 

What makes Alaska Sky Pie pizzas different from other frozen pizzas?

Our pizzas are homemade just for you using fresh ingredients and hand-cut veggies. Unlike store-bought frozen pizzas, ours can be customized any way you like - over half of our orders include custom requests such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or other dietary preferences.
